Terms and Conditions

1. Privacy policy

We are committed to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
We only collect and use the information, which are necessary for us to process your order and to offer you the best service.
The personal information that we collect includes:
- your name
- your address (for delivery and billing reason)
- your e-mail address
- credit/debit card details
We do not store your credit/debit card details. When you place an order you are transferred to PayPal (secure on-line payments system).

2. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:
- by bank transfer
- by PayPal
- by cheque
- by Postal Order.


If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we will dispatch your package during 24 hours after your payment is received.

If you would like to pay by PayPal system, we will dispatch your product immediately (up to 24 hours after placing the order and your payment is completed; we do not work on Sunday). Please note that we do not store details and we do not have access to your debit/credit card.


If you would like to pay by cheque, we will dispatch your order when the cheque has cleared. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be dispatched. Cheques should be made payable to “Malgorzata Kantorska-Skierska, Amber Treasure”.


If you would like to pay by Postal Order your product will be dispatched during 24 hours after we received your Postal Order.

3. Delivery and packing

We aim to dispatch all our products on the next working day (we do not work on Sunday) after the order is placed (for order placed before 6 p.m.).  If there is a delay, for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail. Next day delivery does not apply to our „Amber Exclusive” products. Please check our “Exclusive products terms” before you place your order.
Please note that we give you a FREE DELIVERY for all orders over 80£.
1). Standard delivery to the UK Mainland
For our standard delivery we use the Royal Mail First Class “Recorded Signed for” delivery service. The parcel will require your signature upon arrival. We charge for this delivery option 2.70£ (regardless of how many items are ordered). Most First Class Recorded items arrive by the next working day.
2). Special Delivery to the UK Mainland
For our Special Delivery we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery “Next working day by 1:00 p.m.) service. We charge for this delivery option 4.90£ (regardless of how many items are ordered).
All our products come in a gift box (please see picture below).

4. Return Policy

We offer a 7-days money back guarantee!!!
You can return the products to us in new condition and in the original packing for replacement or refund. This guarantee does not apply to our „Amber Exclusive” products. Please check our “Exclusive products terms” before you place your order. 

Simply let us know by e-mail (as soon as possible) within 7 days of receiving the jewellery. Our contact e-mail is: shop@ambertreasure.co.uk. You have to provide the following information:
- product name and code
- order number
- reason for return.
We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service. If you do not use recorded delivery we can not accept responsibility for any refunds sent.
Please note that the postage cost is not refundable.
For Health and Safety reason we can not exchange or refund earrings (unless the item is faulty).
Generally refund will be made within 48 hours after we received the goods back.

Method of refund: cheque or bank transfer.

Please wait for our reply before you send the product back to us.

5. Exclusive product terms

Because our “Amber Exclusive” products are hand-made and custom-made products we need an average time between 3-6 weeks to finish an order. For the same reason we can not exchange or refund “Amber Exclusive” product – unless the item is faulty.
